They say that they've tried to deliver a parcel when they haven't. They said delivery attempted but there is no card both times left to show they have been. Also I redelivered to a different address and same thing happened

Cardiff Royal Mail have Poor service I have send items worth £1000 plus and it got missing, I want there again to send another to aboard (£200 plus)no refund or return of the items same thing and I want there three days ago again 24/6/2025 now they said they can’t return my items to me because it doesn’t worth £100 and above
So is a most to send item that worth big money
It’s a shame on Royal Mail
Your services are very poor
If you can’t deliver items them when the sender contacted you, you should be able to send back to the sender if it will take additional cost
I’ll never recommend Royal Mail because they are bad people and don’t have sympathy for human

I recently had an issue with a package and called customer service to inquire about how quickly it could be resolved. Unfortunately, I was met with a customer service representative who was rude and dismissive, speaking to me as if I were insignificant and like she was rushing to get me off the line . The issue seemed to be a simple one,my first line of address was missing, and I provided my ID, the tracking page, and details about a previous parcel from them. Despite this, I was told that they could see I owned the package but couldn’t release it to me. They couldn’t even offer a clear explanation for why, and their information was inconsistent. The seller claims the package has been delivered, but the customer service team insists it was returned to sender. I’ve gone through so many lengths trying to get a reasonable explanation, but it’s been appallingly difficult to resolve this issue. After I went to my local delivery office they claimed my parcel is currently at Cardiff mc and I just accepted that I wasn’t getting that parcel and I asked how long it would take to return to sender and she as like thats low priority work -the lady was really sweet but I was like oh could I get a time frame and she said she didn’t know but she knows it’s at Cardiff mc?

Very disappointed with Royal Mail. I want so much for it to run as well as it used to, but our local post man won’t even ring our doorbell which results in chasing valuable packages around and causing undue stress.

I’d like to add that the staff who work here are lovely. My issue is the cynical way the company is reducing its services/opening times as a means to justify bringing about the end of the collection depots.

The Royal mail delivery office and mail centre is where you will go to collect your undelivered packages or if you wish to send a parcel.

Access is from the side on Hadfield road, you will need to buzz to have the gate open for you.

Once inside there is plenty of customer parking, always served quickly, no hassle or stress.

I ordered something 24hr tracked they said could not deliver till Monday. Went to local office they searched everywhere for it and got it for me. Thank you

In 15 years I have never had a parcel delivered via RM without a problem. Always need to chase, go to different post offices, parcels lost most of the time, downloaded the app, always redirect to local post office, they still attempt the house. If I am home, don’t even knock the door. This review is not just for this particular branch, it’s for royal mail in general. I don’t understand how they can’t learn, from so many other courier companies, how to deliver a parcel successfully.
