My parcel was suppose to be delivered on Wednesday 7th May but i missed the delivery, on Thursday it wasn’t redelivered either. I went to the office today Friday and they said they don’t have my parcel and i tried to explain to the guy at customer care that it was medicine which needs to be refrigerated and I can’t wait longer since it may go bad but he said I should just wait for it to be delivered. I called my white boyfriend to come to help me talk to him and it “miraculously”appeared on their shelf and i got my parcel immediately. I’m i crazy to think that they wanted to take me round and round because am a black woman?

Absolutely terrible service, only open 2 hours a day in the week and 4 on a Saturday. When requesting redelivery of an item, they don't email back the options, therefore leaving my parcel in limbo, them not even knowing where it is! When trying to collect it, they say just wait for it to be redelivered to the house - which doesn't happen! Then the online tracking bugs out because their system here can no longer find where it's at. Ridiculous, an absolute joke!

Pitiful company and woeful service. Opening for 2 hours for people to collect parcels is shambolic. Royal Mail would have collapsed as a viable business decades ago without being propped up by the public purse. Disgraceful.

Only being open for two hours in the morning and then closing, most days, is borderline hilarious.

They also just randomly hold on to parcels. Logged a request for them to look into it, then a complaint when we didn't hear back. Still haven't heard back for ages. Eventually decided to just go down, package was right there. Massive practical joke.

Waited in and at 2pm checked tracking and was told they tried to deliver at 4.47am!!!!! So after seeing that message I redirected my parcel to be delivered Thursday, then rang to complain only to be told that is an automated message and even though I redirected it won’t interrupt delivery today 4/2/25 and it could take up till 6pm. So I have to sit here till 6 now waiting! What a bloody idiotic system, no card left for me to collect either!!!

0800-1000am opening hours… how is this workable. Why even offer collection as a viable option beyond useless.

Most of the posties are gold, it's the management that needs a good kick up the ...
I've never known royal mail to be so unreliable as they have been the past 2 to 3 years.
Shocking service-half the time you don't even get the service you pay for!
