I just had a delivery from CitySprint and after reading the reviews online I was nervous.
My order consisted of 7 bags of pothole filler from Wicks. When they arrived they were larger than I expected so I asked the driver if he would put them into my garage for me as there was absolutely no way I would be able to lift them. He was more than happy to oblige and placed them neatly one on top of the other away from the door so they wouldn't get wet or be in my way. That in itself was commendable but add to that the fact that the weather was disgusting, the rain was coming down in sheets and he got pretty wet doing it is even more impressive.
My delivery man, Andrew, arrived within the allocated delivery time, was friendly, polite, willing to help and did so with a smile.
I understand not everyone will be so lucky and there are some bad delivery drivers who arrive with a bombastic attitude , but Andrew isn't one of them, he is a credit to the company. CitySprint would do well to use him as the poster man for how it should be done.

We had a delivery of fencing panels and posts from Wickes this morning and were kept informed of delivery times etc. all the time. When they arrived I asked the driver if he could leave the panels etc near my front door, up steps, to avoid them being stolen. He was more than happy to oblige. Gold⭐

Mark, Sam and the team at Citysprint have delivered excellent service resolving a issue with the delivery of my parcel that was failed several times by Parcel force. I even got an unexpected follow up phone call before shift finished to make sure the issue was resolved. Fantastic service, many thanks. M Jackson

Ordered 4 plasterboards from Wickes for Saturday. City sprint subcontractor arrived within booked times but 3 out of 4 plasterboards have been so badly damaged that I had to refuse it. Attitude of that driver was shocking. I realised that they simply don't care if the load will be delivered intact and in one piece or not.
When I phoned City Sprint they simply told me to contact Wickes as they're not the ones to deal with it (sic!).
I'm afraid I have no option but to wait for yet another delivery made by this company but if I had a choice, I would have never used them. Had items delivered by number of companies in the past: DHL, Yodel, TNT, DX, you name it... and every and single one of them was better.
Avoid City Sprint!!!

Great service! Sam in the office was very helpful, with clear and quick communication. And Richard (CF58), our delivery driver, was very friendly and helpful, ensuring our item (a Snoopy Sculpture) was safely brought into the house and located where we wanted. Highly recommend!

WOW!!!! One star and that is more than is deserved. was supposed to have some tiles delivered from a company i wont name as they have been faultless but this City sprint driver....wow.
I get to the house 2 mins past 1 for a 1-5 delivery slot so he is already peeved i am 2 mins late and lets me know, then walk in to the house and asks "where do you want it?" so i said can you take it upstairs? his response yeah right and dumps it on the floor in the hall - the bag of plaster split on the floor as he dumped it and then looks at me and said - you were told in the storeroom its ground floor delivery only,.
my response was - i wasn't the one who booked it, you asked me where i wanted it and i told you - why the attitude? i didn't know it was ground floor only. - he said if i wasn't happy with him then he will get someone else to deliver it. I said just leave it in the hall then. He picked up the split bag of plaster leaving a trail all over the floor left the house, SLAMMED my front door which bounced back because the latch was down, i went behind him to close the door properly and he tried to get back in the house, i managed to close the door and he started banging on the door. He then went to his van and called his boss and called me an Asshole!!
Amazing customer service - anyone at home alone with this person delivering should be worried and threatened!! do not book these people for your mothers/grandmothers/daughters etc if they are home alone!!!!

Lost parcel. According to InPost (after my complaints) City Sprint are not communicating with them about what has happened to my parcel. It seems to have been sitting in their sorting office for well over a week now. Will probably be lost or returned to sender like my previous one. Shame, another delivery service to avoid.
