We’ve recently started with masons self storage and it’s much better than I thought. The staff are really helpful with deliveries and prices are great. Security is brilliant as you get a personal code to open the gates and doors and loads of cctv cameras for peace of mind. There’s also a business lounge with vending/coffee machines and WiFi which is perfect for businesses! Thanks guys. Jimmy

We have rented a warehouse from Masons for over 7 years. When the amazing makeover took place we decided not only to keep renting a warehouse but to open a showroom too! Location is great with car parking. Clean wide corridors are fab for taking in deliveries. There's use of forklift truck and trolleys. Security is of the highest level with CCTV everywhere and each unit is alarmed and coded with unique numbers. 24 hour access is excellent. Staff at Masons are professional, friendly and helpful. Masons provide an excellent service.

I would definitely recommend Mason's Self Storage. I cannot sing their praises highly enough. The facilities were perfect for my needs and are clean and tidy. The units are accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Each unit has it's own alarm, which was extremely important to me. James is very professional, friendly and helpful. He has a wealth of knowledge and was able to advise me on the most suitable lock up for my business. Nothing is too much trouble for them and they are a joy to do business with.

If you are looking for self storage in the Cardiff area, you can do no better than Masons. Having used their services for a number of years, it has been clear that their level of professionalism really can't be beaten and the service they offer has a real personal touch. Judging by the way all our requests and arrangements were handled, it's no surprise the company has been going for so long - and they will undoubtedly be going for much longer! Special thanks also to James, who was extremely helpful and always available throughout the course of our time using Mason's.

Masons moved us out of our flat in Cardiff, stored our items for about 8 weeks and then moved us into our new home in Barry. We had such a laugh with the guys on both days, they were such a friendly bunch.

They took care of our items. Yes, one or two got a little injured somewhere during the whole process, but it was not things we were worried about and we knew it would happen. They made sure to wrap our mirror, sofa, matress etc up and they were perfect at the other end.

They made the whole process so easy for us, there is absolutely no way we could have done it all ourselves and we will be always grateful for the service they provided us. Hands down, worth spending the money to take some pressure off.

I've told my family to hire them whenever they move in the future instead of getting the family together, as well as friends. Totally and completely was the best choice.
