We couldn’t have asked for more. We needed house removals at fairly short notice that also included our piano. Communication with Dan was excellent right from the start, the quote process was quick and easy, and the price very reasonable.

They were prompt on the moving day and the whole team (Dan, Ed & Pete - later joined by Charlie and Matty for the unload) could not have been more friendly, polite and helpful throughout the whole process. They worked quickly and took care of some precious items, piano included. It was all over in a flash.

Excellent Service – Again!

Despite accepting a quote long before the expected moving date, which went as planned. On final exchange and still over 2 weeks before move we are told they can only collect the contents. They can't deliver the contents to the new location for 8 days, leaving us with nothing except what we can carry in our car. Not acceptable.

Had ATK remove a couple of sofas from one property to another for me this week and neither property was straight forward for moving the sofas but they persevered and did a fantastic job. Very pleased with the service, thank you, highly recommend!

ATK are an incredible company. I’ve moved 4 times in the last 6 years and they have supported me equally well each time. It’s a family business, and its core values reflect sound family values - respect, excellent communication, sound work ethic, honesty, reliability and openness. I almost feel as though I’ve joined the family! I’ve probably met the entire team now, and each individual shares the company’s values. They are all so incredibly hard-working, always with a smile, and always willing to go the extra mile. For example, boxes are carefully placed so that you can still easily walk between them and access things like kitchen cabinets. The team also recently unloaded an extremely heavy and large outdoor table, but first they willingly removed the old one to where I needed it to go. They then took great care to make sure that each outdoor chair was placed neatly and evenly in place which is above and beyond. I find it so touching. They also know better than me where the furniture should go to look its best! Oh, and NOTHING has ever been broken - a miracle really. Moving house is usually so stressful, but these guys make it SOOO much easier - a huge THANK-YOU to each and every one of you.
