Absolutely pathetic behaviour from two of your drivers just now. Driving side by side from junction 48 of the M4 all the way to cross hands. Not letting anyone pass. And when they did pull in they were both laughing. Childish behaviour from what should be professional drivers

Absolutely shocking behaviour off one of your drivers this morning! Rude, and disrespectful. Shouting at customers and a cafe staff member because you was asked to move your bus, due to blocking our car park with customers trying to exit. Then went on to abuse a staff member further after you had parked! Not acceptable.

We hired a minibus return early morning pick up 4.30 and the return pick up.
The driver was extremely polite, early for pick ups and it was literally a stress free experience. The bus was immculate too.
The Booking process was also fantastic, nothing was too much trouble for Jack. I did price around and this company were very reasonably priced and very responsive to any queries.
Davies Coaches a huge thank you to you all. I will definitely recommend to everyone. Diolch

To summarise my experience in one word I would choose ‘Crap’.

They have 1 decent vehicle.

The rest are old and have no Ac no toilet etc

I payed for a VIP bus and was gifted with a school bus full of rubbish and polluting the environment with the amount of smoke coming out the back of it.

One of their 🤡 drivers decided to pull up at a set of traffic lights on sketty Cross. Turn on their hazard lights & get out to go into the garage. Ridiculous 🤡

Chasing lost property. Drivers and office were fantastic help is finding and holding onto items. Very polite and professional
