Opening times are shocking!!!! Got an email at 09:53 to say my parcel was ready for collection, drove all the way down only to find out they closed at 10am. How can they expect people to pay for a service when they provide such a short window of opening times!!

I ordered and paid over £20.00 for the Keep Safe service, and asked that my held mail be delivered on Monday, 24th June, 2024. On arriving home on Sunday, 23rd June, I found that my Mail was in my exterior post box. Not only was MY mail in the box, so was mail for FOUR other addresses very close by. Also in the mail was an official card with the Keep Safe details on it, and at the top of this card were the words “DO NOT DELIVER THIS CARD”. I see this as a complete shambles, and cannot believe that this could happen from a Huge business such as the Post Office, although we are all aware of the on going scandal of the sub postmasters. I am requesting that : I receive a full apology for the failure in a service which cost me hard earned money, and Second: that those monies be refunded forthwith. I will review the outcome . Absolutely horrendous delivery service. Been waiting almost three weeks for live food to be delivered for my animals, just for them to not even try and attempt a delivery. After phoning and being promised I’d have them the next day, 2 days later delivery was “attempted” again for this guy to not even come NEAR the door. No knock, the doorbell ring. Absolutely nothing.

paid special delivery for no updates on my package, received a message for it to be arriving in the following day, sat there waiting for my packaging for hours. only for it to be delayed till the next day. Woke up checked my phone apparently it is meant to arrive at 1pm* but got a note telling me to collect it in the post office place. Get there closes at 10am. Nice just zero information about my package. I wouldnt be as mad if I actually was updated regularly. Overall terrible experience. Should have just paid standard delivery.

Only one star, can't give less. Impossible to contact the depot. Open at Impossible times. Postal staff rude and unhelpful. Service worse than Evri. Seems like they're there to please themselves. Useless!

Opened the door 13 minutes late.
Didn't have my red slip so they asked for my ID, Name, address and day the parcel came etc which I told them.
Lady then told me there wasn't anything she could do and I'd have to just hope it'll be re sent out for delivery.

Only 8am - 10am opening time for the public to collect or send. VERY, VERY, VERY, POOR ROYAL MAIL!!!!!!! How about sensible length time slots? It's not as though the "desk" is manned all the time between 8am-10am!!!!!!!!!!
