Always helpful, friendly and SO good to be able to use the P. O whenever our brilliant village store is open. Great service for all, but especially young parents and older members of the community, who might find it hard to access devices a drive, or bus ride away. You are the best!

This shop is the hub of the village. The girls ' and occasional man-! Could not be more helpful. I know this as I've tested them!! The delcious smell of freshly baked goods in the mornings are yummy. Christmas hampers are a must and so environmentally friendly as well. Most excellent.

Siop y Pentre is almost certainly the best village shop I’ve frequented. It’s the centre of our community and has pretty much everything I’ve needed (plus the pain au chocolat). Service is always friendly and fun, the opening hours are brilliant, and access to the Post Office throughout is really helpful.

The smell of bacon cooking is dangerous though and my consumption of it has increased as a consequence.

My brother is very jealous of me and keeps trying to persuade his village shop on Exmoor to follow your lead.

Please keep doing what you’re doing.

This really is the most fabulous village offering: a corner shop / post office / bank / off licence / gift shop / newsagents. Nothing is ever too much trouble for the fabulous Ladies who run it. On offer is a great selection of fresh / deli / home made foods, including daily sticky buns and lots of local providers supported. A fun and friendly team creates a super atmosphere and it’s a real joy to shop there. The more recent initiative of ‘wine tastings’ has also been a great success and hopefully there will be more come!

Ordered 12 sets of sandwiches and a breakfast hamper prior to our visit to Fforest. The team at the Post Office were friendly, efficient and helpful - check them out prior to any camping/clamping events for delicious food - ham and chutney was the best 🤩

Great post office with helpful and happy staff, and being able to have Royal Mail parcels delivered there whenever possible as local collect is really useful and convenient A+++
