We purchased a ride on mower from Jenkins Garden Machinery last week. Outstanding service which far exceeded our expectations. We were unsure what we needed, and although not local to the business, Howell and Emyr brought some machines for us to try, providing us with their invaluable advice. I moved to Wales last year and have taken on a larger garden than I’m used to, my old Izy and B&D strimmer weren’t really cutting it. I visited JGM in my first week and was greeted by the owners Howell and Emyr straight away. I honestly don’t think you could meet two nicer fellows and what they don’t know about garden machinery probably isn’t worth knowing. After going through all the options (petrol vs. battery, size of mower etc.) I opted for the Ego range, and I’m very glad I did, it’s been absolutely brilliant. I’ve been back to JGM several times for other bits and I’m always greeted warmly and given honest, straight-up advice on whatever it is I require. It’s obvious that they take great pride in their customer service and professionalism, but it’s the fact that’s it’s a proper family run business that sets it apart. I won’t be going anywhere else for my gardening equipment. I’m very glad I found them!

I have used JGM since the days they were knows as Garems, and would never consider going anywhere else. I could write an essay praising this company but will stick to just two recent examples.
A ride-on mower needed repairs after an accident (my fault); getting parts was not straightforward, but I was kept informed by phone every step of the way, and the mower was delivered back to me in pristine condition, and ahead of schedule. I also presented them with an old chainsaw which had been unused and sorely neglected for many years; it was returned in no time and has since done short work of dealing with the many ash trees that came down after the recent storms.
I have always been impressed by everything JGM stands for; the customer care here is phenomenal from both management and staff and their absolute honesty in dealing with customers is so refreshing

Sit- on mower is serviced and repairs carried out successfully when necessary. Respect their honesty when repairs are identified, never feel cheated. A great team, service is exceptional whenever I visit. Highly recommend this family business.
