Cute little station, all in Scottish colours. Our base for going to Edinburgh. Not busy and you can be at Edinburgh Waverley in just over 40 minutes, no transfer. And the train goes about every half hour.
The ticket office has very limited hours, so it is useful to purchase your tickets in advance via the Scotrail app. That app is very useful.

Nice station, Windows on the platform wall a good touch, you can see the beach straight from the platform. Daily trains to Edinburgh and Dundee. Never had any problems.

Good station, doesn't get too busy. It is sometimes manned and has a disabled toilet that you can use 24/7 with a radar key.

This is a review of the railway station ...the station its self is lovely excellent views from the platform and very tidy .. but the 1 * award is for how bad the worker in the ticket office was . We bought 3 returns to Edinburgh including one disabled card holder and there carer . We had been on the Sunday and paid on the train and it was ÂŖ24.10 and this time we were charged ÂŖ27 . He was very abrupt telling us we were wrong and basically trying to tell us if it says so on the screen that what we had to pay . We explained what we had been charged before and he could not be bothered . We went again the next day thos time collecting tickets from the machine at Abadare but travelling from Kinghorn. Surprise surprise it inly cost ÂŖ24.10 ! I know this won't get back to Scotrail who I was very pleased with there service on the trains which ran on time and were very clean and tidy ! Thank you Scotrail , sorry that the worker in the ticket office let you down!
