Absolutely disgusting, the driver stopped outside the house and didn't even get out of the car as I was watching through the window and following the tracker. By the time I opened the door and shouted at him as he started pulling away, he just looked at me and waved and drove off. The driver was called Marious so if you get him you might want to change your delivery. I put in a complaint but probably won't do anything. Such a disgusting company. They should fire these horrible drivers ASAP. Now I have to walk to the local shop.

Says they tired to deliver my parcel. They never, there was no activity on my Ring doorbell. More like the driver couldn't be bothered to do his drops, so he takes them to the local shop! If I wanted a click and collect, I would have chosen that when ordering my products!!

Appalling. Paid for Saturday delivery. Watched the driver come out of the neighbours house, stopped at the end of my drive and then drove off. I couldn't get out the house quick enough. Apparently "no one was in". Was and urgent delivery, stayed in for it and then watched him drive off. No repercussions for the driver though. So angry.

Unbelievably bad. They pull you in with a cheap quote on comparison websites, then add surcharges that double the cost - too bad if you've quoted P&P to eg an eBay customer. Tried telephoning to clarify - the recording asks for a parcel number, a calling card number or a phone number - put in the latter and you get nowhere. Hung on for 20 minutes before first call lost, wrote this while waiting for second attempt to go through - no joy so far !

Said they tried to deliver but was in all day and they never once attempted to deliver.
Tracking went offline so couldn't see where the driver was saying he would be here within 15 minutes for almost an hour then get a notification saying attempted delivery when he didn't. Customer service useless as well.

Worst delivery company ever. Arranged a Saturday delivery. I was tracking the driver and waited outside and suddenly it updated to package refused. Nobody even came. When contacted the customer service, very poor service. Apparently they couldn’t find the house. But they never attempted the delivery and not even a call.very disappointed

Bad logistic company, they employ not very clever drivers. Guy, his name Ajay tried to deliver a parcel to a different house. Than I received a message that dpd attempted to deliver but I wasn't at home. On top of this I can't contact dpd with a complain, can't talk with a person just automated message sending me to a website. Shamble not company!!!
