Total lack of organisation! I was looking to board a train to Glasgow so duly arrived at Platform 1 and waited along with about half a dozen other passengers. Due to storm damage Glasgow trains were running from a different platform however there was no notification of this on the platform. We'd all have missed the next Glasgow train if I hadn't checked online. When I tried to suggest putting a notice on Platform 1 to redirect people the one member of staff on platform duty was totally uninterested. I was perfectly courteous however she ignored me, turning her back and walking away. I appreciate that ScotRail are dealing with disruption but how hard is it to put up a notice about a platform change?

Use this train station to get to Glasgow Central. Before it had its redevelopment, I wasn't a fan of this station. But after its redevelopment, I've changed my mind. This station is awesome! When the old station was there, accessibility was a big problem. But It's redeveloped station has lifts and stairs.

What a rubbish station. Had to change for train to Troon and had 3 minutes to do it. I knew I had to get to platform 4. When you get off at platform 2,there is no a signal sihn to direct you to other platforms. When you do finally get into the footbridge there are then no signs to direct you to platform 4.only reason I gave it 2 stars is because its got a lift. Can't believe the most basic inspection by manager would not spot how poorly its been thought out.

When a Lady took ill on the Largs train, The train had to be cancelled at Kilwinning, despite this being an an anticipated event, the Staff at Kilwinning station did their best to keep passengers informed, they even managed to supply passengers with Hot tea and gloves for those who needed them on a cold night. Awesome service and very much appreciated. Just hope the Lady makes a full recover

Came to collect pre booked tickets on the 30th jan. Number my husband of confirmation didn't tally up to machine. Guy in office was most unhelpful. Husband sent another number that was on train line e-mail. Machine wouldn't accept. In meantime my train was due in 3 mins to glasgow to berwick. Cant afford to miss connections. No sign for at least 3 mins of anyone in ticket office to help me. Poor girl desperate for toilet key couldt just toilet . So I'm on train now hoping the guards will help me. Shame on you.
