Applying new open hours. How on earth do you expect people to get their packages when you are only open 8 til 10am? One night open late.
Service is awful. I was expecting a delivery on Tuesday and waited until 12pm and I had to go out. It then an attempted delivery at 15.10pm. Are people supposed to stay at home all day until you decide to deliver the package? I tired to get it redelivered and the app won't allow it. Royal Mail is in total chaos.

Went to collect an item from the sorting office with my ID for the business, the same ID I was advised to take for a previous collection. It consisted of an invoice form the rates office to the business, a business card, my ID. So you could see, I the owner our business invoice paper, and our business card. We are retailer, everything is electronic, we not issue paper invoices. The person said I did not have the correct ID, the same person that three weeks ago accepted the ID I presented!!
In the end I went on line and had it redelivered. Jobs worth or a company I believe should be stripped of the Royal seal.

Personally I cannot see what everyone is complaining about. Yes perhaps the member of staff is a little bit blunt and to the point, but I’m pretty sure I would be the same if I had to deal with members of the public on a daily basis. Especially when they are trying to collect a parcel without identification.
My personal experience of the place was good. I had a parcel that was redirected to the collection office. I arrived with the tracking number and showed identification. Simple as that. Not a problem.

I don't usually leave negative reviews, but this is a terrible service, terrible opening hours (8-10am most days is borderline useless), rude staff. A wholly unpleasant experience collecting a parcel from this establishment.

Royal mail - you need to raise your game with parcel collection.

One women in particular on the front desk has the worst customer service skills imaginable. I've never met anyone so rude and unhelpful, she needs to be sacked, and reading the reviews it seems as though I'm not the only one to have encountered her. Brace yourself if your going in to collect a parcel!

Brilliant service. Show your red card and ID snd there you go. Unfortunately the issue is the people who come into the collection office. Your the problem not the staff. Ans everyone jumping on the bandwagon of slagging off the staff The truth is the people of the surrounding area who are rude and
Feel entitled because they live in Stourbridge or Hagley etc. Jumped up stuck up fools must find it annoying mixing with people they see below them

I was told I would have a call back from Jamie. This never happened. In the last 3 weeks we have had 2 deliveries. The postmen don't press the buzzer on the gate and just say no entry. This is recorded. We have had the worst service ever and no call backs at all.

Went down this morning was served my a wonderful lady de nothing was to much trouble she was amazing. Don't understand people saying she isn't nice come on we all know you need id so it's own fault if you forget, don't blame the staff. IN MY OPINION THERE DOING US THE FAVOUR SO STOP ABUSING THEM. ONE BIG THANKYOU ESPECIALLY DEE THIS MORNING
