TWC Logistics (TWC Parcel Collections) - Shrewsbury

Parcel manages to get from Yorkshire overnight but can’t make it from one side of Shrewsbury to the middle In two days and counting!!

(APC) TWC Logistics inform the sender it’s due to the floods but advised I could go and collect it from them if I wish. Now if it were due to flooding so they suggest I go by boat Now if you’re going to tell porky pies ensure there’s no drone footage that clearly shows the roads required are in use!!

Now this isn’t the first time I’ve encountered this with TWC and indeed have had family members also be affected.

It will be delivered Saturday they said.. still no sign and despite the firm claiming to be open on Saturday mornings and using the number they share with the general public the phone is left to ring off several times. Unsurprisingly it replicates my efforts to contact them on the Friday.
One more worrying thing to consider which also happened to me with this company before is that the parcel went missing.. well it will if the moment it hits your firm the paper trail ends and it is claimed to be misplaced. Don’t give up though if you get the right people on it items can turn up again!!
So claims of overnight deliveries is in this case and many more is false just like the excuses. that’s if you are lucky enough to get the company to correspond with you.
Fly by night should be their catchphrase and ditch the overnight delivery.
APC CEO contacted and although early days currently awaiting a response.
Let’s hope he has a different contact number for them!!

Shame I can't give 0. Excuses, lies and ghosting, the three true cornerstones of a cowboy company. If you are a small business looking for a courier company - avoid, they will reflect badly on you.

We have been sending parcels with TWC for nearly 16yrs now and find them to be a brilliant company to deal with.
The office staff are always friendly and really friendly & are all the drivers who we deal daily.
As our business has grown we have been delighted that TWC can accommodate the increase in freight - I would not hesitate in recommending TWC to others who are seeking a reliable friendly courier service!

Very poor... used to have regular dealings with them at a previous company I worked for, and ended up swapping to TNT as often collections would be late, and equally deliveries for set deadlines were almost never met.

Ordered some parts online on Monday for next day delivery before 4pm - tracking shows they were collected Monday, Tuesday was a no show, and again today after failing to get through on the phone lines twice, I used the online chat tool... while the lady was helpful and polite, she was unable to contact the driver twice as it was ringing out to voicemail (much like their main phone line? and he has not shown up again.

As with countless other customers, items scheduled for delivery aren't honored or traceable by APC TWC Parcel Logistics. No idea where the items are now. Hopefully the retailers choose more credible delivery services now that they have been informed of APC 's poor conduct.

Really wonderful service, above and beyond what I expected. They were unable to deliver on the first day (Friday) as the location can be hard to find, but when I contacted them on Saturday, they went out of their way to rearrange delivery of the package (which had perishable contents) to my elderly mother who lives alone in the hills of Wales. Their poor driver spent hours in the dark and snow on a Saturday night in order to ensure that my mum received her package. The people I contacted at TWC were super helpful and responsive and kept me updated every step of the way. I cannot thank them and their driver enough! The service was exceptional, and was particularly appreciated given the difficult times at the moment. Highly recommended - awesome service and staff!!

Don't bother with this courier. I'd be surprised if they can find their way out of the depot. Failed to deliver on two straight days - order is tracked up to our consignment then it miraculously stops as the job has been skipped, because they can't be bothered to find the property. If they had any sense they would look on google maps when the postcode doesn't put them on the correct street - guess what its only the other side of the road, welcome to the countryside.. Terrible attitude. Information provided by myself and the sender, including a telephone number to assist in-case they had issues again. Don't use them, use another courier. All other couriers we've had have found us on their own or after a 20 second phone conversation. Poor.

One star is to much for this company poor delivery service dose not arrive on time which we had paid for. tried rebooking parcel for delivery still not turned up. said driver forgot to put in on the van.
I raised a point again about this and they said they never had the parel till after the orginal delivery date. If you are going to tell your customers lies make sure you check the information about your parels because the apc hub said it was at your depot on the 21st December 2022. it is the 5th of Januray now and still no delivery. APC you need to shape up your service you are getting left behind.
