Shame you can't leave a 0 star review...really hit and miss, parcels don't turn up, they don't bother letting you know you're not getting a delivery even if you pay for a pre-10.30 delivery, hard to reach on the phone and always deny responsibility, shocking customer service! FedEx are much more reliable.

Absolutely Awful!

Missed Delivery with no Safe Place option then to make matters worse for Collection their delivery Card states kept for 3 days with a saturday collection times of 0800-1200, yet when registering on their site for collection it states 5 days retention then when going to collect the Site was only open 0800-1000 so NONE of their information is accurate.... Completely useless company!!!

Crooks!! They said they had delivered my parcel and took a photo of it on the doorstep. What the driver had actually done was take a photo of an Amazon parcel left on my doorstep (making out it’s the parcels they are deliver and taken my 2 parcels away with him). An absolute disgrace. Seriously who do they employ to deliver? Wish I could leave O stars.

Awful firm. No communication between anyone, called night before to ask if I can collect from hub, they said no problem and I get there the next morning, it’s been sent out on delivery. 2nd time this has happened! Waste of time. Will never use these for my business. Far too unreliable.

Useless company - opening hours are incorrect and never answer the phone - and clearly from all of the previous reviews, apparently don’t seem to care.

They failed to deliver in 24hrs being the last drop off. They then failed to deliver in 48hrs again putting my parcel last to be dropped off. I ended up collecting the parcel on the Monday from their depot as couldn't risk it not turning up again. You would have thought if a parcel was not delivered the day expected it would be prioritised for the following morning. Bad service would not use again.

Couldn't leave parcel in safe place or with a neighbour despite requesting over video doorbell. No delivery note left and can't find the opening hours of the delivery centre anywhere. What is this mess of a company?Embarrassing.
