An absolute star. My taxi failed to turn up to take me to the hospital in Chichester for an operation. Rami immediately assisted and dropped everything to take me . He was kind , dependable, respectful and helped me in to the hospital. Thanks a million . Very grateful indeed .

Scammer, do not book. Pre-booked for a wedding pickup a week in advance and pre-paid days in advance. He arrived at the time requested and left exactly 5 minutes later without calling us once. Left us stranded and tried to refuse a refund. Absolutely don’t book - not reliable at all.

The only taxi number you’ll need….
Our night in shining armour.Ramy rescued us from a disastrous no show from the owner of a property we had paid to stay in.
He collected us from the middle of nowhere 10 minutes after calling him.
We saved his number in our phone and he said call him whenever we needed a cab. True to his word he picked us up from wherever we were. If you are in Pulborough, Storrington or any surrounding areas then this is the only company you’ll need.
A gentleman and 10/10 service at a reasonable price. Cannot praise him high enough

I chose this local taxi service to bring me back to Storrington during the rail strike. Rami was communicative, professional and friendly. He arrived at St Pancras right on time after a lengthy battle through the streets of London, and I was safely delivered home in a comfortable warm car which, as I was not well, was extremely welcome. I highly recommend Rami and Royal Private Hire.
