Excellent service. Rang 10 minutes before arriving to ensure we were happy to accept delivery. Removed old mattress and brought new in, put in position and removed all the packaging. Both lads were very polite and best of all took their shoes off at the door without asking!

I was very pleased with the handling of our delivery. Firstly, I had to reschedule the delivery date due to a personal issue, and that was handled with no problem in minutes, and was rescheduling a new date. The two gents that delivered the bed and base were extremely helpful, caring and careful and the whole process probably took only 20 minutes.

Delivery was on time and we were kept informed all the way. The Team were early and did not want to disturb us so we let them know it was ok to come in. 2 lovely friendly chaps who asked what was the fault and immediately proceeded with the exchange. Very pleased with the delivery service on two mattresses. The mattresses were heavy but the delivery guys made a great job in getting them safely upstairs to our bedroom. They also gave us great advice on options for a new bed, considering a restricted staircase which would make access difficult. Very friendly and professional service. Thank You!

We recently had our new beds delivered by Alliance and although they were delayed in the traffic coming to us, they did let us know what time to expect them, and were very polite. They brought the beds upstairs and installed them and took the old items away for us together with the packaging that was not required. Thanks for a great service.
