Arranged for them to take us from Newburgh to a Liverpool match at Anfield & to pick us up after the match.
Arrived on time for both pick ups.
Two excellent & very pleasant drivers - also the Office staff very knowledgeable & helpful.

Skem express offer good value taxis and I have had no cause for complaint on the occasion I do use them as a customer the cars are comfortable and clean.
However I feel that sometimes they are let down by their bad driving on the road.
Most of them seem to have had their indicators removed before going onto the road. They fly around Skem without any indication of where they are heading and are dangerous especially at roundabouts, as professional drivers they should be an example to other road users..

Bank Holiday Monday. Needed a taxi asap to go walk in at ormskirk. Got exactly that. Prompt and a really great guy. Being a none taxi user I had a very pleasant trip there. Lovely guy and very friendly

Used these for nearly 30yrs..then 1 night refused to pick me up from moss bank because rememise was on in St.helens Town...other side of the east lancs..never used them since.. So i now use uber works out cheaper..less waiting time..and pick up and take me anywhere..no hassle

I organized a several taxi transfers for a group of people several weeks ago. My experience is very bad, they were delaying and in one case they didn't show up, I was waiting 45 min, all the time at call center they were telling me that car is coming...

I am so disappointed with this service. I always used them however recently I have noticed the carelessness and lazy attitude from the customer support team. They never want to help or listen to your issues to help improve their services. They also speak very rudely and have no manners. The drivers are even worse!!! Always doing what they can to scam you for the extra pennies, lying saying their card machines don’t work, hiding real prices and some are just so awkward and horrible people. I’ve heard many talk nonsense so openly on matters that are delicate and sensitive. It’s just disgusting and disrespectful that many drivers have such a negative opinion on life itself and ruin your mood too.
