Arrived at 09:00. Gate opened promptly. Advised by yard staff to reverse under canopy to be loaded (2 pallets). As I’m reversing Mr Clipboard stops me and tells me to go to the office and get booked in - thereby overruling the yard staff’s instructions. Friendly staff in office advised that I would have to wait to be loaded (no other vehicles being served while I was at the canopy) Have now been waiting over an hour. For just 2 pallets. Not goods to be picked, but pallets of rubbish whose transport was booked in advance. Indicative of a shocking level of organisation and management.

Sat here 4 hours so far waiting to be unloaded. Never been to such a tin pot unorganised dump. Everyone telling me to go and speak to jumped up little kid in the office or his dad whoever that may be.
