Don’t claim on your website that you’re open and when you run out of work at dinner to collect your package, everything’s locked up!!! The main reason I don’t use Royal Mail if I can help it. Joke of a company!

We have had no postal deliveries since Friday 3 November. Birthday cards never been delivered for 4 November as well as other expected mail.
I spoke to one of the parcel delivery guys who said our postman is off for a week but due to shortage of staff the mail is just mounting up at the sorting office as parcels now take priority.
Absolutely appalling service now - our postal service and postmen used to be brilliant, reliable and delivered early in the day.
No wonder Offcom have just fined Royal Mail in excess of £5m !!

Posties don't ring your bell and leave sorry we missed you cards even when you are in. And then drive off in their vans even if you actually come out and shout them and they look directly at you through their open van window mere few away. Meaning you then have to go to the royal mail office rather than have your post delivered, which for anyone who actually has a job you can never go to as their opening times are ridiculous. Poor service.

My important post is coming like 2 weeks late .
Important documents from doctors and NHS on with one I must replays in 5 working days what its impossible.....
Try to make complaints, but of course, on they website its not possible .....

Last normal mail delivered to our home in Upholland was over a week ago (11:37am on 14th November according to motion activated doorbell camera recording) and as my hubby works mostly from home, this is completely unacceptable.........! GET YOU ACT TOGETHER GUYS!!!!!!

Had a failed delivery text on 18/05/23 was watching the guy on cctv, he leaned over the waist high brick wall saw my door open looked both ways then left, when he was driving back past I flagged him down and he said he heard dogs and doesn't have to enter when there are dogs, my dogs are in the back yard with no access to the front at all. Also the neighbourhood is full of dogs who bark, given that statement he would not make any deliveries anywhere.

Usually quite a wait here so be prepared to wait upto 15 minutes. Top tip is to make sure you bring your ID of yours or the best of the package you are collecting for. Parking is limited you so might have to park on the road.

Check the Christmas opening times as they've changed so they are open longer which is good.
