Absolute shambles of a company. Used to be alright and then it all started to go belly up 6 months ago. They now rarely have stock of anything and their accounts department has gone from being uncontactable to sending “URGENT - OVERDUE” chasing letters three days after delivery of goods.

I’ve slowly moved all of my purchasing over to more reliable companies, but I’ve been unable to source one last product elsewhere. I’ll do without it because I can’t deal with these clowns any longer.

Delivery drivers are great and always friendly, warehouse staff are great because mistakes are exceptionally rare, but the jokers at the top are going to be the authors of their own downfall.

When a company is chasing £80 like they are, just three days after delivery of goods, you’ve got to question the liquidity of the company.

There are regular deliveries made by South Lincs to a commercial property which requires their large vehicles to pass our residential properties. Without exception, the driver speeds through at at least 6x the 5mph speed limit, thundering over speed bumps, with no regard for human life. One neighbour here has even had to dive into a garden to escape being mowed down by what I can only presume is the same driver each time. If you're a commercial customer receiving a delivery, be warned!
