Fantastic service from start to finish. As well as normal house contents we had a glass studio, industrial embroidery machine and industrial knitting machine to move. Nothing was an issue for our movers - Mark, John and Nathan were endlessly cheerful even when dealing with narrow stairs at one end and the world’s worst plumbing for a washing machine at the other. Their calmness and cheeriness made the move much easier than we’d anticipated. The office staff were also excellent - Julia looked after us beauty and made sure we knew what was happening at every stage, and everyone else I spoke to was also lovely.

If I could have given ten stars I would! Richard, John & Terry were absolutely fantastic on my moving day! There was a long delay between leaving my old house & moving into my new house & they were so patient & didn’t once make me feel like anything was a problem.
Richard did a brilliant job at packing up my house on the Friday & was so efficient. It was lovely having his cheerful presence round my home! On moving day, they made me feel that nothing was too much trouble & I couldn’t believe how well they cleared everything, especially my left which was full of boxes! I’m a keen gardener, and Richard organised a smaller van to transport my pots, all 65 of them, to ensure nothing was damaged! Those little kind details meant a lot.
It was an emotional day for me leaving a home that I’d shared with my late Mum, but it was made so much easier by the care, kindness & humour of Richard, Terry & John - lovely, hard working men who clearly have their customer’s best interests at heart! A HUGE thank you to all of the wonderful Sandersons team and that includes Julie, who liaised with me about everything! I would 100% recommend Sandersons to anyone who is wanting to move!

When we decided to move and the house was on the market Sanderson’s were the only removal company to send us a full envelope pack with info on what to do, a checklist of furniture we’d be taking and came to see us to work out how big a van we’d need.

On moving day they turned up at the pre-arranged time and were courteous and prepared.

Our move took two days and on both days Matthew and Wayne were helpful and efficient, lovely lads. They put the beds back together for us and made sure everything was off the van and we were happy before they left.

I have no hesitation in recommending Sanderson’s, you will not be disappointed but for heaven’s sake make the lads a cup of tea, they work very hard for it.

Definitely recommend using their services. We managed to hire them for the day we needed last minute with a week’s notice, and a few last minute updates! Very patient, and friendly staff both over the phone and in person. The two removal lads on the day were class, very efficient and respectful. Can’t fault them at all, made moving into our first home very easy!

After reviewing several options, I could not be more pleased than having the made the choice to use Sandersons. The packing and removing teams led by Richard could not have been more professional, courteous, friendly and helpful and made what is a stressful exercise as simple and well organised as it could possibly be.
The move was conducted in a timely and fuss free manner with everything working like clockwork due to the pre-planning and efficiency of the team on the day.
