It's rare that I bother leaving reviews, but I have to say that my experience with Selfstore 24-7 was fantastic from start to finish.

I was worried that using a container would be expensive but was pleasantly surprised and the van use is so helpful! It makes moving house so much easier than fretting on move day!!!

Greeted by a friendly smile every time, nothing was too much trouble. I cannot recommend enough! Thanks again!

Absolutely superb company- would highly recommend.
Chantelle was so professional and helpful, excellent service and support- both with storage availability and use of Free Van Hire.

Couldn’t rate this place more highly - from the day of me moving all the bits into the unit, until I removed them all - they have been so communicative and flexible! I moved out of a house in very stressful and time limited circumstances so I very much appreciate how kind they were. Now I’ve left the storage unit - the customer care continued as another direct debit got taken out by mistake and was returned - they were on the case immediately. I would use them again if needed and highly recommend - you get the personal service of a well run and kind family firm - thank you!

Had to use 24/7 in an emergency situation after a major flood.
The units provided were clean dry and secure.
The customer service level was efficient and sympathetic to our issues at the time. In all, nice little Company who offer customer service as it should be.

A fantastic local company that offers storage units for a super competitive rate. Always dry and always accessible, feels super secure too as after working hours it’s all behind a secure gate that’s key fob operated.

The major bonus is that all the units have spray foam ceilings so they don’t sweat (condensation dripping from roof) like other companies I’ve used.
