Packed a 175yr old station clock face down on it's glass. Needless to say arrived smashed after a cost of £125 to send. Would not refund, didn't care. Said would pay for cost of glass. Item now valueless. No follow up - USE WITH CAUTION

Perfect and professional throughout. Courteous, accommodating, and customer focused staff at Lincoln (John, Aneel and someone else). I would like to shout out a very big thank you to everyone involved in this job request. From carefully colecting the grandfather clock to delivery to its new home in Italy. Accessories and inside workings were packaged and bubble-wrapped in a separate box. The clock was crated and packing covered the whole clock and extra packaging around the clock face and glass. Delivery was so quick. Customs contacted the new recipient and as all documentation was in order prior to leaving the country everything went smoothly. I would certainly use your company again if I ever have the need to send items of value, or have items packaged. You certainly know what is required to do a perfect job. 5 star service, you should all be proud to know you have made alot of people happy.

Tony at the Lincoln office gave me invaluable assistance and advice regarding shipping items from Spain. Nothing was too much trouble for him. Excellent customer service and superb preparation and packing of goods purchased at a recent BBC Auction. Items were of high value (£80k+ and quite fragile due to age). Everything was packed individually and then crated for safe shipment to the US. John kept me apprised every step of the way and was kind and courteous. A true pleasure to deal with. Excellent service from Pack and Send, Lincoln. They arranged packing, customs documentation for and delivery of personal items which we had been storing for my daughter who now lives in Ireland. The consignment was delivered to her, all undamaged, within 48 hours of leaving Lincoln. I highly recommend this company.

Very good value for money. Excellent communication, they were always readily available when I had questions. We did have an issue with the payment of the customs clearance in Spain, which was included in their quotation, but it was promptly clarified and I received a reimbursement. One item was broken but it was otherwise very well packed. All in all I very much reccommend them.

I cant recommend these guys enough, after weeks of stress and failed collections from two other companies, I found these guys, and Clive promised to get my luggage back from China easily enough. I admit I was skeptical at first, given the amount of trouble I had from the other companies, but they stuck to their word! Both Clive and John assisted with me and were extremely helpful , told me everything I needed to do and helped with me all the extra documentation I needed. The whole process was stress free and my luggage was delivered in just 3 days in perfect condition! Thanks so much!
