Rang this company this morning about a parcel I was desperately waiting for and spoke to a really polite helpful gentleman called Alfie , he found my parcel eventually, apparently had the wrong post code on by the person that sent it , for me that's not good as the package is a charger for a mobility scooter, without it I cannot get out of the house to get my shopping I totally relie on it Alfie obviously took on board my needs and he very kindly said he would try and get it to me today I was delighted by his response. Low and behold the lovely delivery driver delivered my package and on time . I have informed the company and spoke to a lady called Clare who was also very friendly and helpful to say how pleased I am with their service. So thank you to all that's helped with this but especially Alfie who definitely went the extra mile you are a credit to the company and they should give you a pay rise thank you so much

Worst company ever, can never get hold of anyone, the phone is always engaged, to the point I think they must take it off the hook. They don’t respond to emails either. My parcel should have been delivered days ago and still nothing.
This company is that bad and it is always the same, I’m now going to ask the companies I’m buying from who they use for delivery and if the answer is APC I’ll go elsewhere even if I have to pay more as I know it will be coming via the shambolic 2LC Logistics depot based in Lincoln.
Recommend anyone else to do the same.

If I could give a minus rating I would. Driver turns up, takes a picture of my house then drives off without leaving my parcel. I literally watched him out of my window. I contact the courier by email because the phone is permenently engaged. They promise to redeliver. The next day I am number 44 out of 44 in line. The van got to number 41 and quit. I will never use these incompetents again.

Shocking service. After receipt of an order this company generates an automatic text stating next day delivery but then they don't deliver the next day. I had a fragile parcel delivered which was damaged and had to be returned and replaced. The total lack of care by the driver had to be seen to be believed and he promptly dropped the second delivery which fortunately did not cause damage. Lack of English makes you wonder if instructions on packaging can be ready by their operatives.

All I can do is agree with most of the reviews. Not turned up for the last 2 days and planned for stop 61 (third day) when the last 2 days they have only managed around 50 stops before disappearing back to depot. From the deliveries they have been within 200m of my property early on in both days and again this morning? No answer on phone. Disgraceful for a courier.
Companies like this need to be pulled up so I have made contact with a friend who works in the media. DO NOT USE this business.

Contacted to arrange that I collect my parcels from local depot had confirmation email to say I could then they still decide to deliver when I’m not home absolutely useless

Supposed to be delivery next day as it says next day delivery service but never seemed to make it. The details just keep changing from today to next day and then disappeared without any notice given and couldn’t even get hold to them. Phone? No answer, email- no reply.. status to check? No nothing at all….Very disappointing. The plans or the journeys online are just a joke
At the end I had to contact the sender for the support. Yet it happens again and again. I wonder how can they work like this for years

A truly shambolic company. This is now the third day of waiting for a parcel to be delivered. No way to contact them. They don't respond to emails and the phone just goes to voicemail.

They overload the vans and can't complete the assigned run. It's not the drivers fault, it is the pathetic management. So, step forward Richard and Louise Gethings-Smith and Linda Frier, owners of 2LC Logistics, you should hold your heads in shame for the appalling service you provide.

The real shame of it is that I probably won't use the company I bought the product from again because the courier experience is so poor. That may be a little unfair, but the impact these experiences can have on a customer are significant.
