Left an 83 year old sick mother out in the sun for 1 her 40 minutes despite ding told 'he'll be there in seconds on the third call. Offered to do it for free because the shame kicked in, arrived and wheelchair doesn't fit. No solution or accountability. Left high and dry. Disgusting when you explain your Dad just died and they go on the excuses and in denial they have done anything wrong. Shame on you

Totally loved this service, from the moment we called the office, till we were dropped off back home. The staff were kind and helpful, and our driver Joe was great, treating Terry with respect and keeping us informed on anything we required answers on.

Absolutely fantastic service my Dad needed to go to Lincoln County Hospital for an urgent procedure hours for hospital transport Cabserve took him and they were brilliant. Ok if u can pay for this but you cannot wait hours for hospital transport when it is urgent. Cabserve called and he was picked up and taken . Well done to Cabserve!?

These guys were great, when my pre booked ambulance was cancelled a guy picked me up, he was friendly and helpful and a joy to be around even on such a horrible journey, I hope I get to use them again

Always use Cabserve for my appointments and anything in general. Very polite and professional and haven't let me down once, very nice genuine people 👏 Wouldn't go anywhere else.

My friend keeps being let down by these guys. Has missed numerous events because they just havnt turned up. Not answering calls etc. Feel so sorry for my friend but nothing I can do.

Cabserve handle my transport to and from school. Taxi is constantly late and dispatcher is extremely rude to clients. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Booked this company to take me to a wedding I attended in the area at the weekend and driver didn’t turn up. I tried calling, no answer and didn’t get a car from them to say they couldn’t make it.
