Been served at the Post Office box and then the lady left mid service so she can serve some customers in the shop section that came in after me. Confusing and disrespectful

I use this Post Office regularly and they are always friendly and helpful. Today they went above and beyond... I was waiting for a special parcel, my son's birthday present. They were super helpful in trying to help me track it and when it did finally turn up they stayed past closing for me to go back and collect it, saving the day! Proper customer service, thank you so very much!
