Please speak to your driver of the vehicle shown in the pictures.
He nearly put me under the wheels of his truck yesterday whilst i was out on my bike after coming round a corner.
He later said when he stopped further down the road that he was doing 5mph, which is a lie as i have GPS on my bike.
Also he said i was in the middle of the road which is another lie... as the footage clearly shows me tight against the left hand side of the road.. next to a ditch!
His attitude was disgusting towards me and completely unapologetic about what he'd just done!
The incident happened on Mislingford Road at 12.23pm on Thursday 11th of May, this is unacceptable behaviour to put another Road user's life at risk like this!
Camera footage of the incident passed on to the Police.

Had the pleasure of Marta (Polish girl) delivering a fridge freezer to our holiday home. It was three days early so she agreed to wait until I got there. Once on-site she helped me not just to the door but inside. Excellent representative for company, and company excellent.

Arrived on time but then the driver unloaded my toolbox enclosure on a pallet ( 90kg + a pallet) next to my neighbours door, literally on the pavement and said that their job is done (there were two men). I asked if they aren't going to help me get it into my front garden but the response was that's a company company policy...and should I not be happy with them leaving it on the main driveway I should contact the office.
This is beyond unacceptable, especially that I am a woman and there's no way I can carry that all by myself... secondly, what sort of company policy is it to leave stuff on the main road?! This is not the first time this happens as well... beyond unacceptable service!
I am beyond shocked and reconsidering if I should ever buy from this company again...

Delivery reference 66524885 driver Nick.

I had a large pallet of logs delivered today and Nick handled this to perfection, so helpful and managed to get the pallet just where I wanted it. When getting the pallet onto the tail lift I was a little concerned as it only just fitted. I also noticed after that the max capacity of the lift was less than the pallet weight. Given all that a perfect delivery.

My driver was extremely helpful; I had informed the seller, and couriers office about low bridges, thin muddy track etc but something went wrong - out came a rather tall 18 ton lorry?
The driver (Brian) was so patient, I drove out to meet him, we then did a big detour, squeezed down a lane along very muddy track, reversed down the long track to yard gate perfectly! Then still very polite unloaded my goods ensuring that they would be ok where they were left. All with a smile!
I honestly think I would have been cross if it was not for Brian. I would have been annoyed if I was the driver to be honest. Thank you Brian
