We found Condor really good again, good comms with texts and emails of service updates. We had a rough crossing but the cabin was great to help ease the pain!! Attached a few photos as we departed Portsmouth.

Service is great IF you can book it in the first place!
You can't book their freight service online with them, when you complete the form on their website nobody calls you back.
When you call them there is often nobody to answer the phone and it rings 20-30 times then cuts you off.
The staff on the phone are actually all great and really efficient and helpful if you can speak to them but getting to talk to one of them in the first place is an almost impossible task.
This can be incredibly frustrating when there is not another option to get vans to Guernsey.
Come on Condor stop doing you staff a disservice and provide them with a better booking system!

Extremely disappointed ferry left 30 minutes before departure time

Due to lockdown, there were only 6 cars bound for Guernsey and 3 for Jersey, therefore there weren't many passengers at all. I felt very safe as the staff were forever cleaning surfaces, and there's plenty of sanitizer around the ship. I asked to go down to the car deck to visit the puppy I was transporting over, there was always a staff member available to escort me. You will have to wear your face mask when walking around the ship, the only exception is if eating or drinking. The food was very hot and tasty and our cabin was very clean.
