Excellent service and good value. I recently made a long-distance relocation within the UK. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I needed to find storage for my items at short notice. The Fox team was incredibly helpful with finding suitable storage spaces for me. They encouraged me to make use of their promotion to save costs. They went above and beyond to let my movers unload earlier than their opening time to get things done sooner. Their approach to business is a caring and kind one. I have no hesitation in recommending Fox.

I've been disappointed with Fox storage. The positives are the staff are friendly and the place feels secure and clean. The negatives are that the invoicing has been all over the place and a complete mess. On arrival, they had duplicated the deposit charge even though I'd paid this online before. Then I've received my second invoice which mistakenly had the deposit and padlock charge included (again!) plus the 8 week discount had vanished. They also forgot to email out the direct debit form to set that up also. When it did arrive it was for a higher amount and needed changing again. EVERYTHING on the payment side has been wrong each time and needed time to check and sort. Their system doesn't seem very accurate or efficient and my advice to people would be to DOUBLE CHECK YOUR INVOICES AND DIRECT DEBIT amounts to make sure they are correct! The opening hours are restrictive also. If not open on Sunday then why not a fuller day Saturday or a late evening one day in the week? It seems to work against people who have jobs to be able to get to the unit.

The facilities are in excellent condition and perfect for our needs. The staff at Llanishen are exceptionally friendly and helpful. I would have no hesitation recommending Fox storage.

After searching for a storage company came across Fox's as it was close to my sisters flat which we clearing out decided to go on line and get a quote .. very easy to follow and got my quote which we accepted straight away .. when we went to Fox's were so impressed with the lovely staff who were helpful and friendly. Very happy with Fox's Storage.

A professional team with clear, fair pricing and a variety of storage solutions. Only thing to be aware of is that you can only collect your things during their opening hours but those hours are reasonable so it was never a problem. Highly recommend, especially to students!
