Great service and everything explained to me in detail by the young lady (forgot her name) that was sorting everything out for me ,also got a really good deal on storage as I paid for 2 months upfront.
All in all would recommend this company for any storage needs.

Great experience storing my items with Storage Giant. Competitive on price and the team are always friendly and very helpful. Shout out to Ben - I had a removals company collect my things last month, I couldn't be on site to meet the movers but Ben was a huge help, showing them to my unit, providing access, sorting out the paperwork and even calling me to let me know the movers had finished packing up my unit. Highly recommend, thank you.

One of the best storage places I've ever used.

GREAT VALUE
I'd paid and booked a 50 sq ft unit - but got an offer for a larger unit at a generous discount via email, on the day they were happy to upgrade me at the lower cost and cancel the original booking

GREAT SERVICE
Maya checked me in and was really helpful, and friendly

HUMAN
While loading a double mattress on my own (my brother had let me down!) Lewis saw mw struggling and offered to help carry it and load it into the unit. Most places don't allow their staff to lift or help customers in case they get injured or damage theie goods and get sued for something!

Not here - they see someone that needs help and they help... so refreshing.

CLEAN AND SAFE
Really impressed with all the facilities - nothing is worn out or dirty. The lifts work.. they keypads work... and all the units seem brand new.
