Buyers beware! We ordered a packet of 2 Chilli Challenge Games (jelly beans, some with chilli flavour)from them through Amazon. The parcel arrived promptly but when I opened it one of the games still had the B&M Label on where it was sold for £3 instead of just under £18 for 2 from Topline Retail solutions. On the packet it stated that it was exclusive to B&M. I certainly felt ripped off. They seem to have bought loads of them up in B&M and are then reselling it "second hand". As it was a food item it was not returnable but Amazon promptly refunded me as I explained the situation and that I felt it was a scam. They didn't want me to return the items so I ended up with 2 free Jelly bean games and my money back. In a similar situation with this company you might also be covered under the distance selling legislation.

Ordered a toy for a gift for my granddaughter. Delivered in extremely damaged packaging and box for top dinted and squashed. Unfortunately I didn’t have time to wait for refund and replacement as it was a long drawn out procedure through Amazon!!
Very annoyed, disappointed and will never use this company or any third party partner of Amazon again.
Disgraceful service.

Interesting reviews. This company appears to get it completely correct or completely wrong 🤔 My experience today is a good one. Two boxes of protein bars, delivered as stated, correct bars at a good price. And with a couple of months until expiry date. 😊

Purchased a non refundable item (chocolate) via Amazon, when receiving the parcel it was found to be incorrectly packaged with a "San Miguel" gift box which included one bottle of beer and a glass, not worth the £24.99 I spent on chocolate. I have called but no answer several times, sent an email but no response back. Not happy with the customer service. If you place an order and it's wrong then good luck.😡😡😡 Unfortunately I had to rate it with one star .

Firstly I would prefer to give zero stars!!
Bought a Yankee candle as a present before Xmas it arrived badly packaged and the glass was broken around the top of the candle had to order another elsewhere.
I managed to repair it but when lit it had no fragrance whatsoever I sent a message to Topline regarding all this with absolutely no response they are cowboys Amazon should ban this company as it is giving them a very bad reputation. Come on Amazon!!!

Ordered 2 boxes of protein bars. Received a letter in a box say item was missing. Think I’ve been scammed. They don’t even answer the phone.

When you check says items were delivered and no sign of a refund days later.

Ordered item through Amazon, completely wrong item sent and very challenging trying to resolve and get what I paid for. Ordered 2kg box of quality street, received 2 x312g chocolates. Nice presentation but not what I wanted or paid for.

I am only giving one star as there's no option for no stars else that is definitely what they would be getting. Paid for a case of monster energy drinks which was delayed multiple times just keep saying delayed with no reason as to why then when my package finally turned up nearly two weeks later it just contained a letter saying were unable to send this as we have ran out sorry and well refund you in 3-5 days again this was a week and a half ago with still no refund no contact and when I try call there number no one ever answers or they just cut it off I'm very disappointed and dissatisfied with this service as feel like I've just had my money taken and won't be able to get it back, I will be talking this further
