Sharon was fabulous in helping us get a storage unit that suited our needs. She called to check we were getting the right thing after getting an initial email quote, then made a follow up call (without being pushy) a few days later.
When we finally made our choice, we went to see the unit and she talked us through the easy steps to apply and also showed us how simple the app is to access our unit whenever we need to.
Both Sharon and her co-manager (?Steve) were helpful, professional and friendly.
And the facility is super clean, easy to access and secure!

If you are looking for storage in Bath, this is the one.I have had this storage unit for 3 months, due to moving house problems. I have never used a storage unit before, so was very apprehensive about how it all works. Jane and co were brilliant and helpful. Everything was explained. Everytime I had a question, as moving has been very stressful, they were patient with me.
I had discounted use for 2 months and this was very helpful.

I cannot recommend Storage King Bath highly enough! From start to finish, Sharon and Jane have been absolutely exceptional. I recently got a storage unit with them, and when I had a container delivery that turned into a bit of a logistical mess, they went above and beyond to help me.

Not only were they incredibly kind and understanding, but they even allowed me to use an empty storage unit for free for a few days to store nine pallets that were awaiting collection. Their flexibility, professionalism, and willingness to go the extra mile made what could have been a very stressful situation so much easier to manage.

Easy to use storage with App controlled access, meant I could get to my stuff at a time to suit me. Big units hold a whole house worth of stuff. Staff were very friendly. Would recommend.
