I was sitting near to my front door when I received an email telling me that a delivery attempt had been made. There is no sign of anyone coming near to the door on the security camera. There is a fault on the website that won't allow a delivery to be rearranged. I had no option other than to collect from the CSP. UPS and Everi had no problem delivering on the same day.

Update 2025: I happened to be looking out of the window one morning when I was expecting a parcel. The tracking said that it was out for delivery. The postman arrived with a card already written in his hand to tell me that an attempt had been made. To his surprise, I opened the door as he approached. He told me that there was a parcel in the van and he would return with it (there was no other mail this day). Sure enough, he returned an hour or two later with the parcel. It seems like not delivering is the norm in my area!

Says attempted to be delivered, but no one was in! I waited in all day to ensure I could collect my parcel, then re arranged for it to be delivered to a post office and they still haven’t posted it!

Just awful, i was in all day NO one rang my doorbell ( i have ring doorbell with video!) now awaiting my parcel will it turn it up? nobody knows. Should received 27th November all now I've not got it

After a week and a half of "sorry we missed you" notes despite someone being home, I requested the parcel be left in my unlocked porch as nobody has to even answer the door that way. Instead, I've woken up to an email from the supplier saying Royal Mail attempted delivery to my unlocked front door and failed.

Welcome to Britain's most useless company. Royal Mail is a privately owned company and when compared to any other delivery company provides nothing but abissmal performance. This company should be avoided unless you enjoy failure and wasting time.

I have cameras on my house and watch the useless Royal Mail fail any and every delivery where Amazon will deliver every time. With or without signature. The sooner this company disappears the better.

If you run a business make sure you avoid this company or you will lose your customers and reputation.

Royal Mail = Royal Fail.

I know the opening times are annoying and I know the wait for parcels can sometimes be ridiculous, BUT that isn't on this delivery office, that's on Royal Mail in general.

The staff have always been really friendly here and always helpful. Posties are amazing, even when I give them 6 parcels to collect!

Not the best place to pick up your parcel. Opening times is bad. Service not good at all. Came in being friendly saying good morning saying I have a parcel to pick up, presented my ID. Asked if I have a red card, I said no, but I have an email. They said “saying what?” in a rude way. Whilst I was getting the email up they just gave my parcel. Worst royal mail experience ever. Avoid this place as long as you can.
