Has some cool stuff. I've ordered a couple of times. Problem is they take way too long to fulfill an order. Their site says 3 working days so basically if you order Monday or Tuesday morning and it's not a bank holiday and it's during working hours and the wind is blowing in the right direction and you say 3 hail Marys you MIGHT get your stuff within a week. The products are (usually) cheaper on Amazon, delivery is cheaper and the products get to you sooner. I try to not order on Amazon when I can to give the smaller businesses some love but it's hard not to when they're cheaper and faster. I know it's hard for these smaller businesses to match prices with the big boys but they could at least try to provide a decent service, or at least try to fulfill your order within 24 hours and maybe also get some weekenders in to operate 7 days a week.
I'm going to have to stop ordering from here until then because it's just too much of a headache not knowing when packages will actually arrive. I'll probably just browse the site for inspiration then buy it on Amazon.

I put an order in on the 26th of December and still nothing. No email about shipping, no dispatch, nothing. I have tried emailing them, messenging them and they have no even looked at it. They have taken my money but I have no got anything on return. I understand we have just had the Christmas break, but it has been 9 days and I have no parcel or contact. So far, disappointed.

Ordered a Michael Myers mask, was despatched a couple of hours after ordering.Took a few extra days to come due to royal mail strikes but was worth the wait.Mask is genuine, fantastic quality with original trick or treat studio tag on-love it.Would defo order again,many thanks for a great product and great service.

I sent back two items for a refund that was in a 2 for £20 offer first of all they charged me the wrong amount so they refunded me that but then I had to send the items back so charged me £3 admin fee so got changed £5.98 on the website it doesn’t say that it would be £3 per item (don’t known how they got to that amount) so I should be getting a refund of £14.02 but just got a refund for £12.99 so I’m £1.03 down seem like a bit of a joke but I wouldn’t use them again!!! Would just pay the extra money and get it from Amazon!!! At least if there’s a problem I would have got a full refund

Horrible customer service. Being strung along for two years now being constantly told that I’ll receive my order “next month” after spending over 300 here. Easily the worst place I’ve ever purchased something. Absolute nightmare. DONT BUY FROM THIS SHAM BUSINESS

Incredibly slow, I'm not ordering here again. Took more than 4months to be delivered and still don't have my package I put it on a home order, they changed my adres to a pick up point! Later around 3months I got an email that told me to give more information about the package totally not worth the money and time. Not recommended

Really great.
I baught 1 cable for my xbox.
It broke they sent a replacement.
The replacement also broke they have now refunded me.
They tried to fix the issue when they couldn't they gave me my money back.

Not a bad place if you're into gaming, they've cutreny got a 50% off everything sale, I'm guessing either stock renewal or closing down.
