Went last night to get gas but I forgot my card so i had to pay cash. It was pretty late like 2:30am because I just got off work. There was a sign on the door that said "Be right back in 10 minutes". I stood there for over 20. I could see the guy stocking beer in the cooler and be was facing me but he didn't come out. More people kept coming and he was just ignoring everybody. We knocked on the window and called the phone but he did not answer. Then a cop came to the door for something and he was flashing his flashlight to the guy in the cooler and he was tapping the glass with his flashlight but the guy ignored it. The cop ended up having to leave for some reason and the guy came out of the cooler. But he didn't come and open the door. He just shook his head no and walked away.

This place sucks with no parking spot. Today is Friday April 19, 2024. Sunny and 73 degrees. I had a long, hard day of yardwork in the hot sun, I was so thirsty and there's no place to park my car. I just needed to park my car and buy something to drink and I didn't need gas. I blame for the next 2 grueling hours before I drank something at home.

Came in looking for some Doritos and Rootbeer, wife was frustrated from various things on 5/12, they were out which furthered frustrations but the manager/owner came out, was very nice and made it up to us.

There is a conspicuous sandwich board sign placed by the street which reads "OPEN 24 CAR WASH". I fueled my vehicle with intention of going through the car wash. When it appeared it would not allow me to wash car, I asked cashier and with indifference he replied car wash closed at 4:00 pm? Please note I was there at 5:30 pm. They need to repost their car wash hours and place orange cones at car wash entrance to alert customers when car wash is closed. They did not seem to care I was greatly inconvenienced with their lack of due diligence.

Worst experience ever. I stop by this gas station a few times a week on my way to visit family, tonight I stopped by on my way to buy an item off offer up and needed to use the ATM. When it was dispensing cash it errored out and only gave me $20 of the $60 I requested and then said out of service. I went to the counter and told the man working and he asked for my receipt, I did not have one because it didn’t even give me the money I attempted to withdraw let alone a receipt. I’d like to preface this with the fact that I work in an establishment that has an ATM on site and am aware these things happen and the facility does not own the ATM. I just couldn’t find the name or service number on the machine. I tried to explain to the worker what had happened and he told me it was my fault I didn’t have a receipt I told him I just needed to know who to contact, he refused to help saying the atm isn’t theirs (I understand this) and there’s nothing he can do. I was not expecting him to reimburse me I just needed to know who to call. The more I asked the more confrontational he became and I had to ask my husband to come in from the car. Once he came in the cashier told my husband I was “crazy and attacking him” At this point I couldn’t even explain to my husband what had happened over the mans talking so I asked him to just call the police, my husband stepped outside and called non emergency. Once my husband left the man told me to get out of the store and accused me of trying to “pull a scam” so I left the store and waited for the police. This attendant wasted my time, and the police departments time for a reason I cannot comprehend. The police were able to quickly get me a customer service number and we were on our way. After spending the last 15 years in customer service and having to deal with customers beating upset about an atm malfunction I’m disgusted in this persons lack of customer service and lack of just plain empathy. I hope he finds a job more fulfilling as I can only imagine you must be quite miserable in life and or job to treat complete strangers and customers so poorly.

Went into the store the owner was behind the cash register bought a product that he charged more than the advertised price. He refused to honor the advertised price this man is a criminal and is ripping people off. STAY AWAY .I am filling a report with the city about this place

Been here 4 times for propane....NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER (4 never's) is anyone there to fill my propane tank. Will never go back.
