I had an extremely disappointing experience with Seligal. My package, was marked as “delivered,” but I never received it. Despite multiple attempts to contact Alex, I was met with unhelpful responses and a complete lack of accountability.

It’s clear that either my package was stolen or mishandled, but the company refuses to take responsibility. No proper investigation was done, and I was simply told, “We can’t do anything.” This level of service is unacceptable, and I strongly advise others to avoid using their services.

If you value your packages and peace of mind, look elsewhere for reliable delivery services.

This is not okay. I paid for delivery, and they didn’t take care of my package. Very bad service. I will not use them again. Be careful if you send something important!
