Terrible post office they need new staff or something, racist woman working in the shop, complaining about anything and everything, if you can it’s better you try a different post office for a much easier service.

This post office is a right old joke! They are slooooooooow and rude. Always moaning about something or another. Though their younger staff are good with customers, the owners are not! I’m happy to walk half a mile to the other post office in Derby Road then give this post office another penny, not even one i would find off the street!

They don't know how to operate the post office withing the shop. The guy couldn't understand English and so when I told him i needed to buy a label he kept asking me for a label. Terrible service. He then proceeded to walk off and serve other customers. Oh he also couldn't scan my important special delivery parcel. Dissapointing experience. As I had to drive a bit to get here. Very inconsiderate people.

Expensive parcel was 'lost' here would not recommend. Tracking says it was never collected.

The wife in that shop is mentally ill and shouldn’t be working there. She is horribly rude and I think it’s because of her illness please get her the help she needs or close that shop down.
