Really unprofessional, also rude staff, I asked for euros, travelling abroad to buy a car , they asked for an invoice from the car, how can you ever get an invoice before seeing the actual thing you want to buy. Also if you ask them to match the online rates from there website, they getting crazy, on branch is a much different rate than they website. So they try to rip you off . I even called them before asking which documents I need and I end up asking me too many documents why I have my salary so big and why I wanna get it from abroad. Lol

On a time limit and don’t expect to turn up on a Saturday morning to find that there’s no one here. This possibility should be communicated when ordering from this service. Last time I’ll be using them. Will also notify NatWest who the money was ordered through.

EDIT: Moved from 1 star to 3 stars as the agent turned up before the time I had to leave, so I got my currency, and the customer service engagement following my complaint has been exemplary. Hopefully they will take action to improve the Customer Experience going forward, which is what they are committing to do right now. Well done for trying to improve things.

I wandered in with cash, the day before my holiday, and was offered a great deal on the spot from a very helpful gentleman. I would definitely recommend a visit.

I used an online comparison site to check rates but when I turned up at the branch the rate was significantly less. I asked the clerk whether they could match the online rate, but was told that I would have to place my order online. After much faff and navigating the clunky website I managed to make the transaction on my phone and pick up my currency order. This was NOT a seamless transaction. Shame on you Euroexchange for trying to dupe your customers with different rates for online and in-person transactions.

Easy to book via mobile, pay by debit card and then collect. Click and collect service is great, text received to confirm order was ready for collection. simple and straightforward - would definitely recommend.

Staff is uneducated and not know how to handle the situation even they have very less rates and hidden charges when you don’t want to use there services

Went there last year after reading reviews. Thought I would get a better exchange rate for my euros to change into pounds after a trip to France. I got even less pounds for my euros than if I had gone to my bank HSBC! Won't go back. I felt ripped off. Very disappointed. Will stick to my bank next time.
