While this shop is in a convenient location and has a good selection of drinks and other snacks, the shopkeeper can be quite rude. I've been here on a few occasions and have been told to hurry up. I was only in there for a minute or two and nobody else was in the shop. There was no reason for him to rush me. He didn't even hurry up himself as after I politely hurried myself to the till to buy a drink, he decides to start doing his own thing. I will not be coming here again.

Absolutely incompetent to sell an Oyster card. Bought 4 for a family trip to London. When we got to the train station, the cards were not working and the gentleman at the train station told us to go back to the shop. We were forced to buy day tickets for the trip, as the convenience store was too far away. When we went back to the shop two days later the fully clueless gentleman at the shop said the cards needed to be registered with TFL, otherwise they would not work. Went back to a different train station to check this and were told the cards did not need to be registered, they had just not been activated. A credit of at least £1 was required for them to work and for us to be able to top up at the machine. At this point went back to the shop and wanted to give the cards back but they refused because we had paid cash and did not have the receipt. Complete lack of customer service. We are now stuck with cards that we will never need, without mentioning the amount of time these gentleman made us waste. They should not have a licence to sell Oyster cards.

The man who works here is pure evil! His card machine stole my card and £50! Outrageous! When we asked for it back he just ignored us and said it wasn’t his problem but when my friend went back later that day she saw my card sitting on his desk! Fuming! I’m suing him and shutting down this shop, I will not be defeated!
