the waiting room is a little small but is clean. The men's toilets are awful dirty grim and not enough room considering its a train station where users will have bags / luggage with them.
The positives are the staff who are very helpful looked after my sister with passenger assistant when her train was cancelled.

Cold , no heating , old, and now thanks to them been closed on Boxing Day I have to catch my coach out of the station and wait in the even colder, thanks paragon station

Very busy lot's of people coming and going, well kept and cleaners keeping on top of disgarded litter and smoke free plus no cycling making it a safe place for everyone to walk

as s trainspotter i love hull inter. most of the staff are amazing, its some of the security that di it for me, they come up to you and confront you for no reason, accusing you of things.

The station is clean and tidy but it could be better signposted, especially for where the disabled toilets are situated, as I couldn't find today.
The member of staff I spoke to today was great and very helpful.

I like hull station. But the toilets were disgusting and looked as if they hadn’t been properly cleaned for weeks. The bins were overflowing and they smelt awful.
I couldn’t find anyway of contacting hull station to bring this to their attention

First time using Hull train station, and it's extremely efficient, and clean, train arrived quickly and eventhou some information was misread, it was efficient journey to York. Very good service and station,
