Great Customer Service!
Alice worked hard on my behalf to ‘encourage’ Stelrad to replace my faulty radiator rather than to only offer me a refund (I’d originally bought it at a big discount).
Alice liaised with my local branch to pick up my large radiator and get it returned to Stelrad.
