Absolute joke. Went in and rang the bell and nobody comes to the front. A member of staff that could be seen in the back approached the front, with me believing foolishly, to serve me.... not the case, as I started to ask for what I wanted, I was rudely cut dead and told they couldn't deal with me and off they went into the back. I obsevered two other staff members while waiting, one walked by into the office to have a conversation with two or more people! I waited a few more minutes then just walked out. I'm sure they won't miss my buisness which is fine! I wouldn't recomend this place to anyone...

Well I took a wind back took me and the seller didn't know weather it would fit I tried to see if it fitted it didn't took it back but apparently they don't take back items that have been opened so why did the seller tell me if it doesn't fit bring it back with the receipt Absolute rubbish will never be using these people again or will my family or friends.

don't get ripped off like we did to dear spend your cash at bms or tms or euro car parts you get treated with respect and a better deal. and the picture of the chemist on ther google add just shows they cant be botherd even to change that so as a coustermer you don't stand a chance ?

Over priced parts and after ordering a part that wouldn't fit I still had to pay 10% handling charge.. Absolute joke .. never again would I go here .. fuming

Don't go here go to BMS, part faulty didn't work couldn't get money back or part replacement, wanted me to pay again for another one may get refund in 6 weeks, didn't order replacement went to BMS a lot better service

Friendly staff always try to help you out by ordering parts in if they don't have them in stock. Can't complain at all.
