Ash has been to our home twice now to help with various things and he is an absolute gem. He is such a breath of fresh air with his warm but professional nature and genuine care about the job at hand. Ash was super respectful both times of the fact I was working from home and kept us informed at every step. Unfortunately with the stress of moving in we failed to leave a review the first time but we were genuinely so impressed with both the work and the attitude Ash has to the end result being flawless. It’s not often I can have someone new in my home and not feel uncomfortable but Ash just instantly makes you feel at ease and opening the door to him the second time was a wonderful surprise…especially with such a big job to tackle. Literally couldn’t have asked for a more flawless service he is a credit to the company. It shouldn’t go unmentioned how wonderful Fallon & Natalie have been at keeping us up to date throughout and are always a delight to speak with.

I’m very happy with the communication and the way the property manager has handled my recent renovation. Each part of the project—from mould treatment in the kitchen to lino replacement in both the kitchen and bathroom—was carried out thoroughly and professionally. The team was clear and responsive throughout, and I appreciated the attention to detail, particularly in areas like deep cleaning, electrical checks, and ensuring all repairs blended in well with the existing décor. Overall, I’m pleased with the results and feel confident in the quality of the work done.

The communication from Fallon to arrange my repair was great she arranged it to suit when I was available and kept me updated on when the engineer was arriving. After the repair was completed Fallon contacted me to ask if I was happy with the work.

The engineer Ashley was very kind and considerate as I was working from home, he kept noise to a minimum and only disturbed me when necessary.

Overall very happy with.the service from Bradwell maintenance 🙂

Living within a rental property, Bradwell Maintenance was the company used for repairs - and unlike other maintenance companies I have come across throughout my time renting, jobs were undertaken quickly, thoroughly and without mess. Ashley was exceptional with amending the various issues throughout the flat, ensuring quality and transparency throughout. Couldn't recommend them more 🙂

Fallon was great in letting us know about the schedule and I really appreciated her transparency about the difficulties encountered. She was also key in adapting to our own schedule. Overall communication was very easy and convenient, I recommend this service.

Excellent work and service I have no problem recommending them for maintenance work and would not hesitate to use them again, if needed. Fallon was extremely polite and helpful and the engineers that attended (Sam & Phil) were brilliant and I am very happy with the porch repair they carried out.

It's taken me a while to write this review because life's been busy! But I wanted to show my appreciation to the roofers that came to work on my house a few weeks ago... Dave and James.
They did a fantastic job, kept it nice and tidy, explained to me exactly what they were doing and they were also really lovely people which is always a bonus. 😊⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
