Slow when they did actually turn up after 0800. Unhelpful person who dealt with me. Virtually called me a liar when he said I hadn't told him where I was loading for. I had told him and shown him the printed email. Rude and a not very nice person.

Horrible place to try and find and made to sit for 3 hours to get tipped, bad place to go hope to god I never have to come back here + shambles of a place.
