My experience was trying to put 60 pounds in my account. My card wouldn't read the chip meter & after 3 failed attempts the farther was really rude and condescending towards me and said its not working take your money and shoved it in my hands. He really needs to brush up on his people skills . I felt really embarrassed and felt like a dickhead when i left. It's bang out of order there's a way to speak and treat your customers. won't be using that place again .

What a lovely welcoming local post office ave been twice this week and served by a lovely polite helpful lady .both occasions it was to send back parcels the lady was very helpful in options we had to do this. Excellent service thank you

Been going here for over 20 years, but after today I will be going else where. Can't be doing with power trips on women, the way I was spoken to today, in front of other customers was shocking, i was so embarrassed ... he wouldn't have spoken to a man like that, and he didn't speak to the man he was serving like that. Disgusting!!
