Utter rubbish service since it changed hands, proper ‘Post Office’ is never open, post master is rarely there and it’s constantly understaffed.
Used to get my parcels redirected here when not in, utter joke now with them piled up behind the tills, plus they disappear for days when tracking shows them there.
Most of staff are ok, just the odd one who looks a bit out of their depth (probably due to being understaffed).

Post office open till 8pm but they refused to take parcels after 6pm . Many parcels lost as well. First and last scan in the shop so not sure what happened with them. Not recommend at all
