A huge thankyou to the new owner of the post office. So polite and friendly. He helped me get all my parcels sent despite me being a confused as to how to send them in time for Mother’s Day. You’re a life saver! Will definitely be coming back as I grow my business.

Excellent customer service from start to finish, the gentleman behind the counter was extremely helpful and friendly, he went above and beyond and was one of the better post offices I have visited. Service with a smile, an extremely clean and well kept shop. Just how a post office should be.

Terrible customer service, staff are lazy and selfish twice now have I been declined to exchange foreign money in circumstances where the company’s policy says it should, due to the incompetence of the staff who would rather chill out instead of fulfilling his contract with the post office after claiming he’s busy when the shop is as empty as his work ethic.
AWFUL service from the staff!!! Each circumstance it was the same male staff member.
