The team were really accommodating to changing needs late in the evening, so easy to contact over text as well and answered all our questions. Only improvement could be that there was some variability in price on the same journeys that wasn’t very clear, so transparency on this prior to the journey would be great!

I needed to make sure 2 teenage girls would be able to get a cab from Haddenham train station to Thame after last train back from London on Saturday night. Staff on phone were very helpful and reassuring and a 2 drop journey was very reasonably priced. Thank you

I have been using Cabco for about 8 years. I cannot fault their customer service, both in the office and with the drivers. Everyone has always been really polite and respectful. Last night I kept my driver waiting for a good 5 minutes and he was very kind about the whole thing, despite being super busy in the middle of the Saturday night rush! Also just to say that as a lone female often travelling at night, I have never felt threatened. Thank you guys!

Had two trips with this company from station into Thame town centre.
Both drivers arrived on time and we had a good experience. We also had our small dog with us and they were very accommodating with her.

I regularly uses this local cab service to get to Milton Keynes and Thronhill Park & Ride. I had some doubts initially reading the reviews , but the drivers are reliable, friendly and professional. The cars are spacious and comfortable. They accept card and cash and provides electronic copy of receipts. Booking can be a hit and miss - sometimes you get through to someone more friendly and sometimes you don’t, but it didn’t impact the quality of the service that I got. I will keep supporting them as my local business.
