Avoid Royal Mail at all cost ! 6th time in last 2 months I’m waiting few days for my delivery, despite instructions on the door, postbox and chosen SAFE PLACE on the app. Today, despite I’ve been at home and either chosen safe place, got notification “sorry we missed you”. Such a rubbish service, AVOID AT ALL COST!

Lovely guys who work at the delivery office! Darren, mr pink shirt man (manager) and another lovely postman. I wish I got all their names. Had a large drop off of parcels and they were all so helpful.

Parcel stuck in your sorting office as your system was apparently affected by the Microsoft cyber attack, can't redirect as that also isnt working not happy need better opening hours than your, 8am-10am, the majority of the week, does not make you accessible at all

Like the other reviewer, I had parcels stolen after a photo taken. I had to escalate complaints about deliveries as the issue wasn't being effectively dealt with. If it happens again, I will go directly to POSTRS to resolve.
Very sad what has happened to Royal Mail.

You are open way too short for collections. Also, why changing re delivery dates to weekend days is made with delays - doesn’t work in other words ?

Royal Mail I wanted to give you the postcodes where we have had problems. It appears they know one another and have been asked to take part in a coordinated activities. SP11 9TQ, SP4 7UA, SP2 8LG, SP7 8NG they are all males age 55 to 62.
